• With PriceGRID you can upload as many pricelists as possible from any number of wholesalers, full product lists, weekly, monthly, daily special lists, tender lists, the more pricelists the better. In seconds priceGRID will search all those pricelists for each individual product on your order and return the best price and the wholesaler.

• PriceGRID has specific functionality to allow you to optimise your order and once you are happy with the quantities, pack sizes and suppliers the order can be transmitted to the various wholesalers.

• If you are a pharmacy chain or are in a buying group you can setup an administrator who has central control and can load the pricelists once for the group or chain and they can then be viewed by all your pharmacies. This is distinctive in that you achieve central control of purchase pricing but the pharmacies have individual control of stock as per their individual requirements.

• Wholesaler loads your pricelist on the supplier section for you to view. This can be a monthly list or also a time limited daily, weekly, monthly specials list or all of these if necessary.
  
  Individual pharmacy can load a pricelist or tender that has been e-mailed to you by your wholesaler.
  
  Your group administrator loads a pricelist for all the pharmacies in your group to see.

• The orders are stored in your order history so that you can view at a later date or check off when deliveries arrive in your pharmacy. Because PriceGRID is web based you can view which products were purchased from which supplier at what price remote from you pharmacy, giving pharmacy owners complete access at any time to the ordering process.

• We don't restrict which or the number of suppliers - you can order from any number of the suppliers either already registered with PriceGRID or that wish to register with priceGRID.
  
  We don't penalise you for not ordering sufficient volumes - there is no maximum or minimum transaction volume with PriceGRID you dictate how much, how many and how often.
  
  We don't restrict the products available to you – any product that a supplier hosts a price for can be ordered by you using PriceGRID.
